With over 10 Years in the production and event industry. Arbor and Bloom Events has been Voted the The Best of Weddings on the knot 5 years in a row and a member of the best of weddings hall of fame. We are one of the most sought after wedding planning teams in the Indianapolis area.
We are locally owned and operated right here in Indianapolis by Megan Adams. Megan brings her unique background to event management, first she earned her degree in Stage Management from the University of Evansville and has spent a decade in the theatrical and event industry. She’s worked as a production manager and assistant for a corporate event company based in Indianapolis, giving her an intimate knowledge of local venues and vendors, as well as the ability to tackle any unexpected technical needs that may arise. Megan is constantly developing a network of relationships with these vendors, as well as other resources, to get you the best options - at any price point. She is truly passionate about making your day the best possible experience it can be.

Tessa Friesner - Lead Coordinator
Tessa joined the Arbor and Bloom Events team in March of 2021. With a degree in Business Administration and some wedding coordinating in her past, she loves being a part of the wedding industry. Her passion for strategy and organization makes her efficient and detail-oriented, which is a vital in the industry. She is eager to establish relationships and connect with each one of her brides- chances are you’ll see her tearing up as you walk down the aisle! You can count on her to make sure every little detail is taken care of so you, your family, and your friends don’t miss out on any special moments throughout the day. To her, it isn’t just another job or another wedding, it’s your BEST DAY EVER.

Emma Adams - Coordinator
"Hi I’m Emma! I am a recent high school graduate of Greenwood Christian Academy and I plan to major in marketing at IUPUI in the fall. I love traveling, watching movies, Starbucks, shopping, working out, and listening to music. Tonya McCarthy - Coordinator and Office Assistant
Tonya grew up in the Dallas, Texas area where she started her sales career in the banking industry. After moving on to work in a title and escrow business, she quickly realized her passion to help others find their dream homes. In just 8 years, Tonya has established a successful career in real estate. Accomplishing no less than a five star rating from her clients, she has worked diligently in every aspect of the industry representing sellers and buyers in the residential market in and around Indianapolis. We are so excited to have her on our team here at Arbor & Bloom Events!
Tonya has an amazing family life as the mother of two wonderful boys, Drew and Collin, and the wife to a very supportive husband, Adam.
